In the SUBPAGES for each class are the stats & attributes of their respective weapons (modified for ZE). If you would like a more in-depth look into specific loadout suggestions, check out the Human Strategies section of the guide.
Disclaimer: As of 12/18/2024 - some of these weapons may have incorrect DPS calculations and/or damage stats (knockback) - eventually they'll get fixed here once; but most of the other attributes are untouched.
Note that in the weapons sections, all the weapons will be ordered from top to bottom in what we feel are the most useful to the least useful as a Human. As of the last major overhaul; most weapons are relatively equal in terms of power in the DPS department - so don't sweat it too much on what you actually need unless a map specifically calls for the highest damage.
Reskins will not be mentioned as they will share the same stats as their stock counterpart.
Melees in this game are primarily judged on utility rather than damage;
Since you're fighting near invincible enemies who can kill you at close range in one shot, it makes little sense to use it for combat.
Since you're fighting near invincible enemies who can kill you at close range in one shot, it makes little sense to use it for combat. The only time you would is for zombies near death, Heavy Mutations (the most applicable scenario), and when you're the last survivor with the melee buff.
Melee damage does not affect damage done to Heavies using their mutation but does affect the last human melee buff.
Note: If you would like a more in-depth explanation of the Stats, check out the Stat Explanations section in Miscellaneous Information.
Weapon stats and attributes in the next subpages are color coded to give the weapon pages a better flow - although the consistency is a bit messy.
RED will connotate as reductions or negative stats.
BLU will connotate as buffs or positive stats.
ORANGE will connotate anything that falls under being an extra weapon attribute that isn't a stat change, such as 'Applies Milk On Hit.'
YELLOW will connotate any timer or meter stats, such as '4 Seconds of Uber' or important things to highlight about the weapon.
ZE base movement speed (from fastest to slowest; not accounting in any modifiers like weapons!!)
Scout
Spy
Medic
Pyro
Engineer = Sniper
Soldier = Heavy
Demoman
Moving backwards universally decreases movement speed to 90% - effectively meaning zombies can situationally outspeed you whilst backpedalling.
